Two generation family house is located on longitudinal sloping plot on the edge of Chudčice. There is a wonderful view of the village and the valley of the Brno dam to the south. All functions of the house (including smaller unit) are concentrated in the one-storey building with an attic. There is only the main living area with kitchen situated in added ground part. This solution enabled linking this area with both sections of longitudinal plot – southern part with a view of the landscape and northern private part.
