New built family house is located on the south sloping site at the periphery of Velké Meziříčí. The building is situated at the highest point of the site (in the northeast corner). This location, along with a longitudinal layout of the residential part of the house, enables maximum visual contact with the free part of the site and the surrounding landscape.
Sloping site made it possible to organize the house at two different levels and solve without collision different functional units: the living part, separate cabinet and garage with technical room.
Garden arrangements will be realized in the spring of 2016 (designed by Klára Stachová).
