Realization of a new cottage is situated on a southern sloping plot on the edge of Ořechov near Brno. he house was designed in traditional shape – a simple two floor volume with a gabled roof – at the wish of the investor. A flat-roofed ground volume of a garage and workshop is added to this residential part at north. The architectural expression of the building is contemporary due to the choice of materials and details.
